Since 1989
Our history is made of Milestones conquered, only made possible by hard work, total commitment with our clients and by a team of dedicated people that are proud to represent the Schmidt Light Metal Group.
It was in 1989 that the first stone was laid for the building that today houses part of our casting cells and from then on we have been growing, improving and investing.

Start of Aluminium Pressure Die casting parts production in factory 1.

CASTING CAPACITY INCREASE 1
Installation of 4 cells between 500 and 660 tons locking force

DMM
Creation and beginning of production of DMM, factory 1, our machining company.

10Th Anniversary

Start of production in our tool design and manufacturing company.

CASTING CAPACITY INCREASE 3
Installation of 5 cells for a total of 11 cells between 500 and 1400 tons locking force in factory 2.

NEW BUILDING FOR DMM
New factory, building 2, for our machining company, DMM.
2012
RELOCATION OF ATC
New administration and purchase of development and logistics building.

NEW FACTORY FOR DMM
